Your Rights as a Donor

You have the right to:

1. Clear information about our mission, programs, and how your gift will be used.

We commit to transparency in all communications and reporting.

We will honor donor designations to the fullest extent permitted by law and organizational policy.

3. Honest and accurate communication.

All fundraising materials and conversations will reflect truthful, ethical information.

4. Receive prompt acknowledgment of your gift.

We will provide timely receipts, written acknowledgments, and recognition when appropriate.

5. Privacy and confidentiality.

Your personal information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Access our financial and governance information.

We will make key organizational documents publicly available to support transparency and accountability.

7. Ask questions and receive straightforward answers.

We welcome inquiries about our mission, finances, and impact.

8. Give without pressure, coercion, or undue influence.

Your decision to give is always voluntary and respected.

9. Know who serves on our Board of Directors and how the organization is governed.
